We're big fans of Fathom here at @trychameleon -- the whole team uses it, for prospects, customers, candidates, partners, etc.
We had considered Gong but it was too sales oriented, and we wanted the whole company to benefit from a Zoom-first world.
The first time I saw the AI summaries it really was magic, and I'm glad about it rolling out to everyone!
Absolutely love it for recording user research and sharing highlight clips!
The tool is great! I thought it would only provide notes, like transcribing the meeting, but it includes video as well. This is so helpful!
Amazing addition to our remote work support, every zoom gets recorded, transcribed and uploaded to salesforce, so easy to use!
I really wish that it was for more than just Zoom - My Meet and Teams and in person meetings are lacking better notes!
Review of Fathom
I use this product primarily for generating specifications when building software products. I hate taking notes, so this make it easy to find information we discussed previously without taking notes, and to generate a task list with visual references to refer to after the meeting.
We love it but it currently crashes on our Teams calls. I'll update to 5-stars if they fix it.
I can't imagine what it was like before Fathom. It's so easy to use and has taken the pain out of managing Zoom recordings.
