I think a pretty straightforward and brief value proposition that highlights:
- why you chose to contact this business
- what you offer
- why you think it works
- a CTA (Call to Action), to send them a loom video/get on a call, send a deck etc
should cover it.
Also, it's important to reach the right person in the business, so I'd recommend putting down a few hours of research to understand...

I'd pose the question in a slightly different manner.
X vs LinkedIn. Which one has better capability to reach the niche that you want?
Hopefully that helps iterate over some potential linkedin groups, or x communities etc that you can find
