They sometimes miss geographic things and cultural things. Like they always try to put mountains to Finland.

I do that sometimes alone too, with my paper and pen, without the table. Just to write, without evaluation is very important, because evaluation kills the ideas before they are blooming.

Then you ask AI for ideas. If you did them all, ask new ideas. I have noticed that social media expects us to mainly redo the same idea as many times as possible. If you create content too different from it, it does not get shown or good response.

I love to sleep. I love Mondays, I have more energy then because I sleep even more on the weekends and get some other projects than work things done too.

What are your bottlenecks? Bugs, bad design or architecture, security, performance, something else?

It's really expensive to start a business in Spain. The win per month needs to be quite high to cover all other costs. Then also renting is expensive, there are all kinds of yearly extra costs that I did not even realize before renting. And the most horrible of all: prices at the wholesale markets can be same or higher than in normal supermarkets. Try to sell that then and win.. people...

It takes more time to build relationships to start a new business than you could ever imagine. And they are needed much more than you think. Ideal would be to have the clients sorted out before even starting.

After that experience I figured that your own reserved space will be the luxury thing of offices one day.

I used to work in one very modern and not noisy open space office. I hated it. I'm a woman who has everything in my bag but there's more on my desk. So I had to carry around an extra case for random stuff, from pens, postit notes (sorry, love them), tissues, lip balm, glasses, chewing gum, my tea mug and so on.. of course also mouse, mouse pad, headset, harddisk, and the laptop itself. Is there some that could make good summaries just by listening to me? No meeting notes maker but something that would listen to me all day and I could say that "hey put this to this and that todo list " or "give me short bullet points of all things I did today" - are there some suitable apps for this? I don't want it to store data to any cloud, because I'm working with customer data.

It depends on the business idea. I have tried both. B2B is harder for a tiny company.

When there was no more money :D When covid came and stopped many shopping actions I knew I probably selected a wrong line of business for my marketplace solution. It felt horrible when I had to close and leave all the sellers. But it was not generating enough money so you do what you gotta do.

A bad bed - I can't sleep in those. Regular waking-up and sleeping time helps a lot. For years I had to sleep either less than 7 hours or get the sleep in 2 pieces, randomly per day, would not recommend that to my worst enemy.

Home, at night. Late at night is the best, when the world is sleeping, I can do a ton of things.
