Ok I admit I haven't tried it yet - but from what I got from customer support before even signing up is far beyond anything I hoped for. I went for premium but did contemplate VIP since I've got a pretty big mess to tidy up. I have tried two other service-providers BTW, wont mention names but one is a local one in my country and it just didn't do it for me. the other is one of the big old ones....
