Any tips for managing AI model drift in production?

Model drift can have a huge impact on AI applications, especially in real-time systems. I've tried continuous monitoring, but it’s not a complete solution. How do you approach it?

For high stake apps I’ve started using shadow models to compare against the live one. It’s been awesome for spotting drift early!

I use a combo of drift  detection and alerting. If metrics go off, I’m notified right away so I can dig in before things get out of hand.

Regular or re training fresh data on has been key for me. Continuous monitoring is great, but updating with recent trends makes a huge difference.
