Are you more productive in the morning or at night?

I'm definitely more productive in the morning. I go to the gym at 5 a.m. and start work at 7 a.m. After working out, the morning is the most productive time of the day for me.

Why not deep focus from 5am? workout doesn't require an amped mind.
Henry Burkert
@sentry_co I go to the gym at 5 a.m. so my body and mind can wake up properly. Then I can get going and focus on my work.

@henry_burkert Yeh but then your at 80-70% of your full potential. Mind expires more and more the longer you wait. body is 100% whenever.

It depends. Sometimes, the vitamin D boosts me with energy till the evening, and sometimes I am the most productive at night :)

Both. But afternoons are when I suck. :|

I've been predominantly a night owl lately, but I'm actively working on changing my routine. 🎉We're launching "Cascad3 - A decentralized inspiration-driven publishing platform" on Product Hunt soon. Let's collaborate! I would appreciate your support and feedback by clicking the "Notify Me" button to stay tuned and be the first to know when Cascad3 debuts on the stage.👇 producthunt.com/products/cascad3 Thank you! Best regards, Yami

I'm more productive at night especially if it's gym and work related. While morning seems to be boring, I like to spend it with reading and going outdoors as well as sleeping to be ready for the night.

@arifwoozeer The exact opposite of me, but you can see again that everyone is different and works differently.

I've found that my productivity peaks in the morning when my mind is fresh and distractions are minimal. However, I know several night owls who swear by the quiet and inspiration that the late hours bring.

@beatrizlramos Do you also have a ritual in the morning before work or do you start working straight after getting up? I go to the gym.
@henry_burkert I like to take a good breakfast and listen to music to relax 3x a week I exercise
