In my experience working in sales - Its volume, and persistence (annoying I know)
On linkedIn messages, we got like 3% conversion (and that was a fairly established company), thats a lot of grind for every sale!
I think a pretty straightforward and brief value proposition that highlights:
- why you chose to contact this business
- what you offer
- why you think it works
- a CTA (Call to Action), to send them a loom video/get on a call, send a deck etc
should cover it.
Also, it's important to reach the right person in the business, so I'd recommend putting down a few hours of research to understand the positions in the organization you're trying to approach.
