Programmers, which option do you prefer when approached by a company for a job or looking for a new one?

The contribution of the developer to different open source projects and personal hobby projects, tells a lot about a person, than any rank/ leaderboard.

@sylvain_lesage, thanks for the reply; we're looking into counter-measure to thwart the effects of gender bias, especially by only keeping the source code and non of the profile's "branding".

If I'm not looking for a job, I will not want to do much work, such as a recruiting test. So, I would prefer to share the link to my GitHub profile.

But, as a company, beware that public GitHub contributions are heavily unbalanced in favor of men. Taking them too much into account worsens biases and reduces diversity in your team.
