Do you have office space or you prefer remote?

Remote since 2009. I wouldn't have it any other way. Been to 30+ countries and 100+ cities. I get to be around family and do what I want when I want.

I have a lot of workspaces: - A great office (it's the best IT company office in my city) with lots of different spaces that I take to work as the mood takes me. - An outfitted home office in an apartment. - An outfitted workspace in a country house. - Any place where I come with my laptop and start working. I like to change my working environment. I used to work strictly in one place and it was very tiring.

My office is my bedroom and my uniform is I am in my boxers and shirtless (because of hot summer)

I want a job I can do anywhere, anytime. I don't like to feel tied to a place or schedule. Really love the benefits of in-office - but it only works if everyone on the team does it lol

We're remote. It is convenient but sometimes it becomes redundant. It's when you'd want people around you also working. That's when I work from a co-working space or a café. Working out fine so far.

We purchased an office about 2 years ago for a great price. Really nice office that we owned. Tbh, it just wasn't for us. We ended up selling it and now everyone works from home. Better life this way.

I love remote work because it allows me to be on the move. Living in 🇲🇪 is great for example because everything is so close and being on the move part is viable
