Do you have set smartphone-free times in your day to detox?

I do this, and after work, I enjoy completely disconnecting from social media and all notifications.

Yes, bedtime is phone-free—my pillow insists))
I try to avoid it especially during exercise time.
@pabloroigburgui it's crazy to me to see people on their phones at the gym. I guess I'm just old now😀
No, but I really should!
I build this into my workflow of the day - rather than having anything set in my phone. But I tend to avoid phones during times that I am with others, or when I am sitting and bored. I find it is better to approach with having set times to HAVE my phone - like I allocate time at the beginning of the day after breakfast for a quick 30min instagram fix, and I have the same after I finish lunch. I find I respond better to healthy boundaries as opposed to creating blocks!
What do you do?

@arthur_leclercq Unfortunately, I don't do it on a regular basis right now. But I definitely want to do it in the future. I think it has a lot of positive aspects.
