By tracking my blood sugar with active glucose monitoring, I've learned how different foods affect my energy throughout the day. This helps me figure out the best times to work, exercise, and rest. It's a personalized approach to match my daily schedule with my body's natural energy patterns.

When it feels right, that is the only answer for me... From time to time, I try to build an exceptional productivity system for myself, but at the end of the day, my day and productivity are built upon having a strategic goal. And this goal transforms my reality in the most effective way. What's your opinion on your own question?
