Definitely, should've known the foundational principles of Sales and Marketing first before implementing "hacks". The problem in self-teaching is fragmented little bits of useful knowledge. No learning structure.

@ejgy Great point! Which path do you consider more proper? 1. Learn some hacks, apply them to practice immediately -> Realise absence of knowledge -> Search for systematic knowledge 2. Get systematic knowledge with no practice -> Don't know what to do on the first job -> learn some hacks on the spot
