Have you ever thought of asking competitors (on launch day) to change their launch dates?

Hey, tough situation there! Most competitors probably want to maximize their own launch visibility. Politely asking to avoid conflicts is fine, but be prepared that they may decline. I'd focus energy on making your launch event unique and memorable to draw attention. Maybe reach out to some influencers or press contacts to help get the word out about your big day. A creative social media campaign and email blasts to your audience can also help build anticipation. At the end of the day, an awesome product will speak for itself, launch day competition or not. Wishing you all the best!

Haha, that's quite a bold move! I don't think many would try that. Competitors usually stick to their plans. Maybe a casual chat over coffee, but seriously, it’s more about focusing on making your own launch stand out rather than asking others to reschedule. Competition is part of the game!

@minkome1970 100% - I just think if you've got a big campaign and are going up against someone with similar / lofty goals and getting POTD is quite important for you - I'd think about it for sure!!

Haha, I've definitely thought about it! But in the end everyone's journey is different and a launch date is kind of a personal thing.

Interesting idea! But I think it's better to embrace competition.
