How do you keep on task?

As a person with ADHD it’s very easy for me to get lost into something and not complete what I set out to do that day. I combat this by planning my day the night before and only focus on those things the next day.
How do you stay on task for the day and what tools are you using to assist, if any?

Hello! As a fellow neurospicy person here I find time blocking with categories of tasks I need to do rather than specific rigid tasks to be really helpful! For example, I will split my mornings into development time and marketing time and I select one item from a prioritized list in that category to work on for that time chunk. It allows me flexibility in my routines while still keeping me productive and moving the needle on my projects.
