For sure AI will revolutionize personalized learning over the next 10 years! I could see AI tutors adapting lessons, pacing, examples, etc to each student's strengths, weaknesses and interests... basically acting like an amazing personal tutor but available 24/7 to every student. The challenge will be developing the AI systems to really understand each individual's needs and learning style. But the potential is huge! Maybe some AI companies working on this now?
Specialized training, tracking learning progress, and corrections.
In terms of personalized guidance, the cost of AI is clearly much lower than that of using real human teachers, and it has patience and endless energy.
However, I believe that human teachers have irreplaceable qualities as well.
I think AI will bring down the amount of time required to grasp a concept. Instead of spending time reading multiple research papers, scrolling endlessly through Google and other such activities, students will be able to get a quick overview+digestible contnet chunks from AI.
I also think AI will make lifelong learning way more accessible. Tailored resources for adults looking to upskill could really change the game!
AI will personalize education by tailoring lessons to each student’s needs, automate grading and administrative tasks for teachers, and provide virtual tutors for extra help, making learning more accessible and efficient.
