For me, a team of 5 worked best. It’s enough to cover all bases without getting too crowded.

I think team size totally depends on the scope and complexity of what you're launching. For something straightforward, 4-6 dedicated folks can crush it. But if it's a big, multi-faceted project, you might need a few more specialized roles in the mix. The key is having a team that's agile, has great chemistry, and can wear multiple hats when needed to get stuff done. Wishing you an awesome launch! 🚀
It really depends on the scope and complexity of your project, but I've found 4-8 people to be a sweet spot - enough to have the key skills covered but still small enough to be nimble. The ideal is a hustling hacker or two to build the core, a designer to make it shine, someone on the marketing/biz dev side, and maybe a jack-of-all-trades to fill gaps. More than raw headcount though, it's about having a passionate, mission-aligned team ready to wear many hats. Keep it lean and go get 'em! 💪
Honestly,i think even 3 4 people can pull off successful launch if everyone on the same page nd committed
From my experience, having a core team of about 3-5 people is usually enough. Each person can take on a critical role, making the process smoother and more manageable.
@grayson_lily this is the size of our current team. And we are happy at this point of our journey.
In my experience, around 10 people seems ideal. You get enough diversity in expertise without overwhelming communication channels.
