If you had 2 hours a day for a side project, how would you spend it?

I would just launch project after project until I get good feedback. Unfortunately, when you have 2 hours a day, it is difficult to focus on one idea.

Launching soon!
Got three newsletters running but I'd put those extra 2 hours into building a 'Local Food Scene Insider' newsletter. The engagement on local stuff is crazy compared to general content - people really want to know what's happening in their own backyard.

I'd probably build a few different projects in those 2 hours each day to test out ideas and get user feedback. Once something gains traction, I'd focus more time on iterating and improving that winning idea. Gotta validate before diving too deep, ya know?

Hmm.. you will need to do all of them. I have a side project and it often takes more than 2 hours a day. Well, who needs hobbies when there are projects :D

I currently dedicate about 2 hours a day to my side project, and it’s all about focusing on something I’m truly passionate about while staying consistent with small, achievable goals. The motivation comes from the core mission of the project - it’s what keeps me going. At the same time, I’m very particular about tracking progress, which not only helps me stay on course but also reinforces my drive to keep pushing forward.
