Face-to-face meetings are always more productive and speed up the process.

Okay, but my preferred communication techniques vary depending on the scenario and context.

To nuance, to me instant messaging is better as a first touch point because it saves time. no "meetings/calls that could have been an email" , no fluff. But working remotely, for business and to sign deals, i do prefer video calls

@busmark_w_nika (but only when I need to sell, otherwise async for the introvert that I am πŸ˜‚)

I prefer face-to-face meetings or quick calls to get instant replies and avoid writing too much. :)

For me face to face meeting is better. But if face2face is not possible because of physical distance or some other reason, then I would prefer video calls.

Definitely my bed for maximum comfort. Though sometimes the couch is a close second if I'm feeling lazy. πŸ˜΄πŸ’€ What about you introverts out there - bed, couch, or a comfy reading nook? I'm guessing anything but out in public around people, amirite? πŸ˜…

Instant messaging (text and short audio recordings) Screenrecorded videos also come in handy for me while communicating with my team and clients.

At the beginning instant messaging is fine, but when things get more serious I love to talk to a person and hear their voice and look them in the eyes, It's just a lot more professional.

I didn't understand what you were saying about the premise, I think that if it's in the middle of designing or deciding when, a face-to-face meeting will lead to the fastest conclusion. If it's a problem in the production process, instant messaging can explain the problem and solve it. If it's someone else (e.g. a media reporter) who is interested in my product, a video call saves both parties' time.

I'm in minority, apparently, but nothing beats a real face to face for me.

Def sweatpants or PJ bottoms. Anything tight or restrictive is introvert kryptonite. πŸ˜… Gotta be comfy to recharge that social battery, ya know?

Face-to-face meetings can be great, but I find instant messaging works best for me for staying in touch regularly.
