In my experience, the biggest challenge is to keep everyone aligned and connected with remote onboarding. We are building Inboarding (www.inboarding.co/en) for that challenge.

@robsonmafra We've done a bit of a manual approach for now where I walk new team members through the code and introduce ourselves to each other.
I try to let everyone on our team know that I have a digitally open door policy.
