🪐 should you show your platform/service uptime to your users?

And if so, what tools have you been using to do that for your product?

Hey Nikolas 👋 If you're building a tool for developers, then you want to give them quick access to the common resources they use: documentation, changelogs, and well, status pages. That's a lesson I learned working at Specify. Developers won't spend time learning your product if it keeps going down all the time. Status pages earn trust. FWIW we're thinking about using Hyperping by @leo_bqecker — Beautiful UI, simple to use, and reliable ✌️ Hope it helps!

Yes, you should use it. I use Pulsetic. Here's a demo: https://pulsetic.com/is-website-... They offer free status pages and badges.

i personally don't care about this kind of stat of the tools i use - i just want them to work and solve my problems. seems like clutter to me

@mjackowski Hey Michal, that makes sense! Then do you take it into account when it comes to choosing a tool?
