Struggling with onboarding

I recently started a company called Pareto. We help real estate agents manage their past clients so they can get more repeat, business and referrals. It took us about two months to build the product and we have been selling it for about two weeks now. The response so far has been great. Basically every meeting that we have ends with that realtor becoming a customer. One of the main issues were having right now though, is on boarding. We’re trying to take their data and put it in our system. The main question I have is, does anybody know a good solution for downloading contacts off of somebody’s phone? Ideally, we want this process to be completely hands off. And right now we are having to be present for each on boarding. Would love to know if anybody has a solution.
