We thanked our community with a "Community Early Access" program ahead of our launch. AMA.

We were able to celebrate with our community *before* our product launch by giving them early access to Common Room before the curtain lifted for everyone else. It was a great way to thank these important individuals for being a part of our community and also get their feedback before generally availability as well as their support for our Product Hunt launch https://www.producthunt.com/posts/common-room
Ask me anything about how we did our Community Early Access.

Nice! Feedback aside, what was the biggest advantage of getting this early community in? Anything you'd have done differently?

@cherieyang I can't think of anything we would have done much differently for Community Early Access, but when our launch came, it would have been great if we could have done even more with our community to celebrate the moment. We had a virtual cheers to thank them for their role and support leading up to launch (including through early access), but it would have been great if we could have celebrated in person
@cherieyang one of the things that was most meaningful to me was expressing gratitude to our great community. We believe that building community-first is not only the best way, but the right way to build, so it was only natural to give the folks who had been part of our Uncommon community (https://www.commonroom.io/uncommon) access to our community growth platform first.
