Recently, I left an AI startup and embarked on my one-man army journey, starting to build my own product. While build my product by bootstrapping, there are both advantages and disadvantages. Pros: - Higher efficiency, easier decision-making - Very low communication costs - You can follow your own instincts without having to compromise between various stakeholders - More freedom in managing time, even more than with a full-time remote job, as there’s no contract Cons: - Small team means limited power, so everything needs to be done by yourself - Constant feeling of time scarcity - Marketing budget is extremely limited, almost zero - Occasionally, it can feel lonely What do you all think? By the way, my first iOS app is about to launch: https://www.producthunt.com/products/sparky-2 It aims to help everyone live better and achieve more happiness and fulfillment.

Good luck with your launch! I am always happy to try products made by solo-makers. I feel I have a closer connection with them than those developed by big tech companies. However, I do think a one-man army can sometimes be biased. You should get more feedback from your users in the future. Only products that can provide value for others can survive in today's competitive market.
