I feel like my battery is sooo low today, as if the weekend never happened! What do you do to recharge? Maybe, you have some tips to share?

In short-term - meditation, any sport, spa-massage In medium-term - total digital detox on weekends. As an option - sometimes we book 1 night in a good hotel to change context and relax. Works fine :)

I hear you! I just went for a walk in the sun and feel so much more ready to tackle the week! Hope you find an energy boost.

Do sport. It's make me feel fresh and 100% charged. Surfing is one of the best way for me.

For me, when my brain can work no longer, I take time to listen to an audiobook while doing some cathartic and mentally calming tasks like cleaning the kitchen or folding laundry. Sometimes I'll workout. It's all about finding what works for you and making the space to do it!

I listen Music or else sleep for some time ;)

I love to walk while listening to music. Sometimes a run, reading fiction or playing a game. Honestly I try to be energized on a daily basis, so I'm constantly doing some of those.

There's some good tips on the huberman lab podcast. Getting exposure to natural light is pretty important. I find going for a run outside works really well - exercise and light exposure. Morning exercise gets me fired up for a few hours but I normally have an afternoon dip if I am not careful. I find that doing micro workouts (e.g. 30 seconds of squats/pushups/crunches) every 20 minutes keeps me energized throughout the day. I built the micro workout feature into my app (focusbear.io) and have had some really big changes in energy levels, mood and productivity.

For recharging on the weekends, I've recently started playing DnD with my brother and sister-in-law, and it's done wonders for my mental health. During the work week, I have found that just getting out of the house for a couple of hours a day has helped. Leading a remote team has meant that the lines between work and life get blurred. So getting out of the house really helps me reset.

Play with a friend's dog. Humans drain my energy but I can't say the same for most dogs.

@martina_hackbartt cold shower! brrrrrr just thinking of it gave me goosebumps:)) I'm a spoiled warmth-loving creature. Like a lizard:))

@martina_hackbartt @katyaveremeichik It's hard but I keep a freezer full of cold water and when I get in (like once a week) I feel much more AWAKE :) but still feels horrible lol
Might be a slightly unconventional approach but I try and spend a full weekend by myself every 6 weeks or so. My usual schedule is normally so hectic, even on the weekends, so it's been a great way to recharge socially.

To recharge my energy, I either spend time alone to settle my thoughts or take a walk around the park. I adore plants and greenery; they boost my mood and energize me.

I feel the same many times. Especially being a startup founder, it can easily become exhausting. And if you do not have a routine to wind down and reenergize it is going to take a toll on your health. These are some of the things I do to wind down: - Spend time with my kids: Fun activities, playing with them, or helping them out. This is the #1 on my list. I make sure I do not remain distracted on the phone while I'm with my kids. Try to do this as much as possible, it will help both you and your kids make memories for a lifetime. - Browse fun stuff: I prefer not to look at SM. Instead, I look and browse meme sites like 9Gag. It helps in distracting from all your issues for a while and has a few gags. Look forward to knowing from others what their methods are.
