What habits to track to build healthy lifestyle?

When I faced health issues after a stressful job, I decided it was high time to change my lifestyle. I wasn't happy to have ED and buy viagra online in my 30s. The first thing I did was create a proper daily routine the way I go to bed and wake up at the same time every day and have time for everything I need. I started doing sports regularly. When I didn't feel like training, I just went for a walk. Also, nutrition plays a great role here. I should say, a Keto diet helped me lose weight and feel better. Yes, it took me time to get used to my new regime, but it was worth it.

The habit of keeping everything in its place and not buying unnecessary things has definitely made my life healthier and happier and I think that the philosophy of minimalism in everything will serve as a great idea for those who are tired of everything and do not know what they want from life.
