What is your pre-bed routine?

Everyone is talking about their morning routine, how important it is and how their day is better because of it. But no one talks about something that is just as important; pre-bed routine.
Why is it important?
Sleep hygiene is something a lot of people neglect. Getting good quality sleep is essential for every human being. It positive benefits of a good nights sleep are endless and I don't want to go too much into detail about it.
What I do?
I try not to over complicate things. A few things I do are: stop eating 3 hours before bed, stop drinking 1-2 hours before bed, stop using my phone at least 1 hour before bed, make my room cold and very dark, clean my nose and tape my mouth.
This is basically it.
You may be wondering why do I tape my mouth? Because breathing through the nose is essential. It puts you in your deep sleep which is something everyone needs. And if I'm being honest, we all usually sleep with our mouths open, soo taping your mouth is very useful. And don't worry, you're not going to suffocate.
