My main product is Notion.
Notion helps me manage a todo list, write down notes, ideas, and schedule content for Twitter, LinkedIn.
Overall Notion is a fantastic product for me.

@benparkison Trelliswork is interesting!
Calendly for me. I would love to find a calendar with permissions to help with managing our teams time as well!

As in-house we at Technuf developed Timesheet - which we are planning to launch here as well soon; I'd say Timesheet has been the most used software to manage time.
Welcome to try as well: https://www.technuf.com/timesheet
I also like the fact that allows the scope for feature customization based on user needs, in general.
