I incorporated reading book – every day – one chapter. Lately, I was so busy, dividing my attention but when you want to read and understand some scientific topic, you need to be very focused. So I am trying to get back and "drill" my concentration reading a book (on academic topic) in a foreign language.
@busmark_w_nika That's a fantastic way to sharpen focus and learn at the same time!

The Pomodoro Technique is very effective in improving my productivity. By breaking work into focused intervals ( 25 minutes), followed by a short break, it helps me stay concentrated and reduces mental fatigue. The countdown timer creates a sense of urgency and reminds me that time is continuously passing, thus preventing procrastination. Additionally, using flexible tools to eliminate tedious, repetitive tasks has significantly enhanced my work efficiency. These tools streamline my workflow and free up time for more important activities. For example: - DeepL Translator : It provides highly accurate translations, often capturing the nuances of context and tone better than many other translation services. It saves me valuable time. - iBoysoft MagicMenu : This Mac utility simplifies file management by adding a wide range of customizable options to the right-click context menu. With a simple right-click, I can quickly create a new file, copy/transfer/quickly access a document, archive files, take screenshots, record the screen, copy file paths, find duplicated files, etc. It helps me avoid unnecessary clicks and accelerates my workflow, allowing me to focus on higher-priority tasks.

Launching soon!
Just discovered the 'MIT' method - Most Important Three. Writing down only 3 tasks the night before and not touching anything else until they're done. My brain feels less scattered already. Sometimes less really is more!
@tjlarkin Love the simplicity of the MIT method!

Simply trying to do one thing at a time. Used to do two things at a time, like watching youtube while eating. Got rid of that habit this week. Although a little uncomfortable initially, I'm already feeling a little less tense. What about you?
@pragadeesh_natarajan Focusing on one thing at a time can make a big difference. I'm trying something similar by keeping my phone out of reach during meals definitely feels weird at first, but worth it.
