Manage your own career, if you don't enjoy the work and management doesn't listen to your requests find something else. I ended up getting stuck for years doing work I didn't like because I didn't have the confidence to manage my own career
Well, I guess I would advise myself to not be afraid… not be afraid to ask questions (even though they might look silly at the first glance), make mistakes and change things if you are not satisfied with them.
