I’m curious to know—what’s one small habit or change you've made that had a big impact on your work life? Could be something you do in the morning, a tool you started using, a new way of organizing tasks, or even just a mindset shift. For me, dedicating the first 15 -20 minutes of each day to planning snd writing down my tasks has really helped me stay focused and feel less stressed.
Would love to hear what’s working for you all—especially if it’s something simple but effective!

For me, the real game-changer was the 1 hour walk after waking up without gadgets :)

One small habit that really changed the way I work is dedicating the first 10 minutes of my day to planning. Before diving into emails or tasks, I take a moment to prioritize my goals for the day, breaking them down into manageable steps. It might seem small, but having a clear direction helps me stay focused and avoid getting sidetracked.
Wash my teeth with my non dominant hand when I wake up.
Super easy, you notice it actually wakes you app faster, and from there on I went through a loophole of small improvements in my habits.

For me using a timetracker like togglr and whenever its on I restrict myself from doing anything thats not work related (not even music). And this is making me way more productive than I was.
I skip meal sometimes due to work but I now understand that health is very important. I am paying full attention on my health
One small habit that changed the way I work is shifting my foodie eat habit. I used to snack mindlessly, but now I prioritize balanced, energizing meals and snacks. Eating healthier, nutrient-dense foods has boosted my focus and productivity throughout the day. It’s amazing how fueling my body properly impacts my energy levels and work efficiency! One small habit that’s made a big difference for me is doing a daily end-of-day review. I spend 10 minutes before wrapping up to reflect on what went well, what could’ve gone better, and prioritize tasks for the next day.
It not only helps me start the next day with clarity but also gives me a sense of accomplishment (even on chaotic days!). Simple but surprisingly effective for staying focused and stress-free.
Your planning habit sounds awesome too – it’s amazing how these small rituals can have such a big impact!
Keeping a to-do list, or mapping out an entire project. It takes out an element of decision-making, and it means you can jump between tasks easily!
I use this even for my normal day to day. Sometimes in the evening I'll be feeling productive enough to do something, and being able to refer to a list means it's super easy for me to get things done.
I recently started work/life documentation to help me keep track of what I've done throughout the day. Prior to journaling down my day, my life was a bit unorganized. I could remember what I did a day or two ago, but what did I do last week? Last month? I felt constantly busy but what was I so busy for? Have I been using my time wisely? These were some of the questions I've been asking myself. Being able to document down what I've done has been helpful for me to feel organized and more accomplished.
Recognising when I am tired and rescheduling the work. I am tons more effective when I'm energised.
I end my day by tidying up my workspace. coming into a clean desk helps me focus
