While they can adapt to your child's pace and needs, I think they lack the emotional intelligence and mentorship that human educators provide.

I dont have children yet, but if the AI tutor had good reputation, I'd definitely trust to a good level.
It really depends on the situation. I think an AI tutor could be a great tool for supplementing learning, especially for personalized practice or helping with things like math or spelling. It could offer tailored feedback at the child's pace and be available anytime. But, I wouldn't rely on it as the sole teacher. Human interaction, empathy, and creativity are essential for a child's development. So, a mix of both—AI for extra support and a human teacher for deeper connections—would be ideal.
Although I think AI is a great way to let kids learn at their own pace, I need to make sure it's safe and doesn't take away too much of the human element.
