@noah_ortiz Hi Noah, another great question. In short, yes, AI.Mee does support multilingual conversations. As long as the documents that you upload to AI.Mee are in the languages you'd like to support, AI.Mee will respond with answers in the language the question was asked in.
Amazing product. Can AI.Mee transfer a conversation to a human agent if it hits a snag or needs to escalate?
That is pretty much next on the roadmap, and the top of the JIRA board!
How much historical training does AI.Mee need to feel on-brand or can it learn everything it needs just from a style guide and FAQ?
@ryanjamesss Hi Ryan, you can get up and running with some pretty impressive answers with just a few documents, and an FAQ is normally a great place to start. You can see all messages and replies in the AI.Mee control panel which allows you to monitor responses and tweak or upload new documents if required. Hope this helps.

Great question! We’ve built AI.Mee using JellyFaaS—a platform that hosts a library of serverless functions (think of it like npm for serverless). These functions are AI-ready and can be created by anyone.
This lets us also rapidly integrate functionality into our products (Such as AI.Mee) —whether it’s pulling CRM data, checking stock systems, or even fetching the current weather!
Now we have the core system, adding functionality will be far quicker and easier!
