Hi Product Hunt ! 👋
We built Mailmeteor to help you send emails at scale. But we realized something : sending is only half the battle. Managing the replies is where the real chaos begins.
There’s dozens of “AI Email Assistant” launched on PH every day. So why build another one? We didn't want another tool you have to open in a separate tab. We wanted something that lives where you work : inside Gmail.
Meet Mailmeteor’s Assistant. It sits quietly in your Gmail and helps you :
🧠 Sort : auto-labeling incoming emails based on context
⚡ Act : draft replies in seconds with AI keeping your writing style
💡 Focus : Turn hours of email management into minutes
We're rolling out today and I'd love to hear your feedback on the UX !

Loved contributing to this project :) Can’t wait to read feedbacks!
@a_ramponneau Congrats on the launch, Arnaud! An AI assistant that actually lives in Gmail (no tab-jumping 🙏) is the right kind of “invisible productivity”.
How do you keep “drafts in my style” while protecting privacy—are emails used for training, or is it strictly per-user / opt-out? Also, can we customize the auto-labeling rules/playbooks?
@hijacey Thanks a lot ! No training whatsoever on your data, we just use in-context learning based on the specific thread you are replying to. Regarding auto-labelling, we aimed for zero-setup magic so you get pre-configured labels that are very simple to read and remember. But label customization is definitely on our roadmap. Let us know if you give it a spin !
