Anchor.ly is a smart tool that can analyze and recognize anchor text by more than 20 parameters. Furthermore, you may add triggers that will catch anchors by specific stop words. Comparison reports and filters will help you to analyze competitors and find interesting dependencies. For now, Anchor.ly compares the groups of 2-3 and 4-10 websites. Each of the reports is useful and provides different data charts and tables. Why I decided to create Anchor.ly In my work, I resort to the collection and analysis of various statistics. One of them is anchor text distribution. It is no secret that Search Engines analyze the quality and relevance of the source. But you should know that they also analyze the text of outbound links. When I first time tried to analyze backlink profiles of competitors, it took a couple of weeks. The most exhausting and annoying part was to recognize the type of thousands of anchor texts. After that, I promised myself will not do it manually anymore. So, as I have some web development skills, I decided to create a script that might help me with it.
