I often wished I would be able to see my Duolingo streak on my browser. This kind of led me to the idea of thinking what else would I like to see on my new tab page? Well. Let me tell you, one thing led to another and before you knew it I was able to view my Duolingo streak, manage my todo list, view my calendar right from my new tab page. I would say my morning ritual has now shifted to opening up Best New Tab, viewing my Google Calendar, seeing what Google Tasks I have for the day and then trying to tick off as many as possible. It makes me feel really productive!
