@erictwillis absolutely! As @abhic mentions we've been working really hard alongside the guys at Google to roll out support for their Cloud Platform (https://bitnami.com/google). We plan to continue adding new features and generally reducing the overall steps required to get running on the platform. If you have any feedback or questions I'd love to hear.
@fredkelly Finding 'Discourse' was a pleasant surprise. It's been prohibitively hard to get up and running in my free time, otherwise.
Any chance you guys could get 'ejabberd' on there?
