The reasons were complicated ( pandemic, isolation, work and life pressure, even political trauma). It even took me 7 months to realize I had depression, which shocked me that there were no consumer products that inform people of their mental health condition. - I tried many available solutions at that moment and only <50% percentage worked. For some so-called resources, I became even worse after using them.. - I had to explore my way out and develop a set of systematic solutions -- 📝How to ask for sick leave and get insurance covered -- 🔍How to identify specific pain points. -- 🤗How to find a supportive community -- 💭How to identify wrong thoughts and replace them with the right ones. -- 🤔Are there toxic relationships around me and how to detach.. -- ☀️What habits do I need to change? - After recovering, I wanted to learn more about this field, so I quit my job at Meta ( TL working on AI application), and transitioned to TikTok to work on psychological& mental health. - Several years later, when I finally left the big tech world and had a 2-month sabbath. - Then I explored the possibility of building an AI consumer app for mental support using my talents: -- 💼Over a decade of experience in AI, including a transformative four-year role as a TL at Meta, I have focused on enhancing Ads, Commerce, and Creator Recommendation through cutting-edge AI. -- I also served as the founding Data Leader of the Psychological & Mental Health pillar at TikTok for 1.5 years -- Most importantly, I led and served spiritual communities for many years✨💫, I have experienced countless testimonies where people get physically and emotionally, healed through my service💖.
