Hello hunters & makers! Happy to share my first post on ProductHunt. Brain is a AI driven product that automatically aggregates, curates & summarises news for you. As a millennial like me, I've got 2 pain points that encouraged me to build this product. 1.) I want to read the news as fast as possible and I tend to be turned-off when I see long articles. [I've built a summariser engine] 2.) If I find an article that sparks my interest, I tend to google more about the background of that particular story. [I've incorporated Brainlet] That's how I started to develop Brain. 😉 You can find it on this article on how it satisfies my 2 pain points: https://brain.sg/article/trump-s... Let me know your thoughts and feedback please! @rrhoover @nickjnish @kwdinc @levelsio Thanks!

This is brilliant. I can get a great summary of an article and decide if I want to read the whole thing. I love this!

I've always been interested in the idea of summarised news, Quartz was the first news app in a long time that excited me when it came out, worked as a Journalist for a short while and it's easy to see people aren't putting time away to read the news like they would before, so this definitely has potential in the news industry! 🙌

Thanks @aaronoleary for checking it out! 🙌

Would love to have it for my Twitter feed instead of their algorithms that tends to privilege ads...

Pros:

Good idea

Cons:

Hard to tell how effective the AI is

Hi Nicolas, thanks for the review. May I know when you say the effectivity of AI? Is it in terms of summarisation or recommendation? For the Twitter feed, maybe you an follow Brain.SG twitter account: https://twitter.com/brain_sg
