@moesalama I'm going to remember this next time I move out! An advice: WD-40 saved me a lot of times! In the bathroom, where the paint is hydrophobic, I stick stuff to the walls (mirrors, toothbrush Bluetooth screens, etc...) instead of using nails. WD-40 loosen the glue so I'm not ripping any wall apart, which is good. It would be cool to find a small can of spray lube in the box.

I like this idea...I'd actually consider selling it to landlords, as well. On their end, they could do a few things with it. They could use it as a perk instead of discounting application fees/security deposits, they could sell it to their tenants for you as an affiliate, or maybe some apartment building could even buy them in bulk and provide it to their tenants as a general benefit. Sure, they may lose out on collecting security deposits, but some of them may like the idea of a quick turnover, good customer service, and the possibility of making a little extra money by re-selling them or charging a little bit higher rent for the perceived value. Probably worth a shot.
