Users won’t report bugs… unless it’s stupid simple

Most users won't tell you what's broken. Unless you make it stupidly easy. Make bug reporting so simple, users can just drag an icon, drop it on the problem, type a quick note, and move on.

What do you think? …

LakshikaG.
We built Bugdrop because feedback tools are either wildly overpriced, painfully bloated, or completely ignored by users. We wanted something dead-simple, dirt-cheap, and actually used by real humans. Unlike most tools, Bugdrop makes bug reporting irresistible: users drag a bug icon, drop it on the issue, and boom — context-rich feedback with screenshots, console logs, browser data, and more. What’s unique? No logins, no multi-step forms, no $49/month pricing plans. Just one snippet of code and you're collecting useful, actionable feedback in 60 seconds. We’re proud to ship a tool that’s so simple, your users will report bugs just for the fun of it. And we’re doing it at a price that makes “enterprise tools” look like a scam.

@lakshikag Most users won’t fill out your feedback form. They’ll just quit and ghost you. Bugdrop is like bait for bugs—and yeah, it works scary well.

Nice one! found it super simple to submit bug <3 I wish this becomes popular.
also for some products, users arent likely to not know what 'bugs' is! those that arent working tech!
anything for those kind of products?

LakshikaG.

@miyo_danzel Thanks so much! Really appreciate the kind words. I'm thinking about changing the wording of the popup to something like “Something’s not working” or “Spot a problem?”

Miyo Danzel

@lakshikag yes! Seems like that will work ^_^

Congrats on the launch 🎉

I love the simple, fast, and usable by real users.

You should post this on BusinessHunt.co/opportunities. The community is full of early-stage founders and indie hackers who need tools like this: lightweight, affordable, and user-friendly. Perfect fit. 🚀

LakshikaG.

@juoemeka Thank you, Onu. Appreciate the support, also will take a look at businesshunt.

What a great and unique idea! I'll definitely try it in my upcoming projects :D

LakshikaG.

@denisss Thank you Denis! Can't wait for you to try it out :)

Sam @CRANQ

No logins, no bloated forms, no silly pricing. Just simple, fast, and super useful - Literally all a dev could ask for

LakshikaG.

@cranqnow That's what we're aiming for, Sam! Thank you for the kind words :)

Sam @CRANQ

@lakshikag My pleasure, it's gone very well today!!

Oh wow... super simple. Feedback is hard to solicit...and when it's given, oftentimes there isn't enough context. Sounds like you make it easy for a customer to give feedback, but the best part is the product team has context so they can go in and fix it! Great job team.

@smith_at_atlas - we need this! maybe we can try it after our launch? before our launch???

LakshikaG.

@smith_at_atlas  @laura_cruickshanks Thank you so much. That means a lot! 🙌 You nailed exactly what we we are aiming for: make it effortless for users to give feedback, but even more importantly, give product teams the context they actually need to act on it.

Brilliantly executed! Turning bug reporting into a drag-and-drop moment is exactly the kind of UX magic that drives real feedback. Simple for users, powerful for teams — this is how reporting should feel.

LakshikaG.

@supa_l Really appreciate that! We wanted to make bug reporting feel more like a quick interaction than a chore. Hearing this means we’re on the right path, thanks for the support!
