I had high hopes when I signed up for Copy AI, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the platform fail to deliver on its promises, but their customer support and refund policies are shockingly inadequate. Copy AI changed their pricing and plan structure without any prior notification, effectively downgrading my subscription without my consent. They failed to offer a refund for the period when I was unable to access their tools at their full capabilities which i was paying for. It's clear that Copy AI prioritizes their profits over the satisfaction of their paying customers. The disappointment didn't end there. When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, it was met with radio silence on multiple occasions. They took months to respond to my inquiries, completely disregarding the urgency and frustration I expressed. It's unacceptable for a company to leave its customers hanging and fail to provide timely and efficient support. The lack of communication and unwillingness to address the faults on their platform is a glaring example of Copy AI's disregard for their customers' needs. As a result, I was forced to look for an alternative solution and incur additional costs to meet my content creation requirements while running a business. Copy AI's negligence has not only wasted my time and money, but it has also severely hindered my business's progress. In light of these experiences, I cannot recommend Copy AI to anyone seeking reliable and responsive copywriting services. This product is super useful and easy to use! The free version has helped me write more... hoping to afford the full version soon 😅. I like that you can give specific prompts and change the tone to generate lots of different versions. If I had more free credits (or a more affordable plan) I'd use this tool daily.

Adding real-time data is massive and the prompt library they have helps tie together common jobs to be done on a much larger scale. Chat is the most intuitive interface for generating content and Copy has always had the best generation quality that's closest to human sounding.
