Empower everyone within your organisation through Crowdbonus π€ π€ π€ Let each member of your team show gratitude and thank each other for a good work π π π While the size of the bonus does matter, the feeling of fairness and recognition matters the most!
Hi, folks!
When developing Crowdbonus, we had one idea in mind: as a CEO, how do you make colleagues feel appreciated and part of a team? Giving general bonuses is one way to do it, but at the end of the day, it does not cut to the chase. Everyone will know it is a centralized company bonus, lacking each employee's impact on it.
By developing Crowdbonus and successfully using it for the last 10 years, we can confidently say that our product makes each employee feel:
π‘οΈ TRUSTED - how many companies trust their teams to reward colleagues? Crowdbonus users consider it a unique and valuable element of their team's corporate culture.
π APPRECIATED - it's a stream of genuine thank you's, crowdsourced by your team every month! As one review puts it - "It's like Christmas every month!"
β EMPOWERED - do not underestimate the power of the crowd! While the size of the bonus does matter, the feeling of fairness and peer-to-peer recognition matters the most.
We are super excited about the positive impact the product has made for companies that use Crowdbonus, but more importantly - that everyone has the possibility to reward each other for a good job!

@glebs_vrevskis - Looks like a cool product, I run a sales company that requires a high amount of partnership. Have you seen your product work well in sales culture companies?
@ral_recruiter, that's very interesting case! In our experience, we see that in sales companies performance driven bonus which depends on the achieved KPIs works the best. I suggest to use Crowdbonus platform as secondary bonus system for sales team e.g. to appreciate a HELP & KNOWLEDGE SHARING between team members to support each other, while your main bonus distribution should be defined strictly on KPIs - very transparent to every team member.

I'm confused by the currency aspect of this. The video doesn't really describe what those '50 coins' become in terms of a 'bonus'. It says "My company trusts me to make bonus decisions" so I'm assuming that should have a correlation to a real world currency?
@trostcodes Absolutely! As an admin you can choose your currency in settings. Video tells about coins not to make it e.g. dollar or euro specific. But we are for real currency and real tangible bonus. I am sure for some companies virtual coins and tokens make sense, but we see that for ours and many more real currency is what people really love.

Amazing product. I already signed up. And I have a few questions:
1. Do you think about integration with Slack?
2. Can I use virtual money for rewards instead of real money?
Thanks!
@itnon yes and yes! Slack is in our upcoming roadmap and yes, virtual money or virtual points can be assigned instead of FIAT - you are very flexible from that perspective.
Interesting concept and promo video but I am curious as to where the rewards budget is coming from? Is this something that the company will determine and then team members get to allocate it to different colleagues?
@robertdougherty5 Right! In most popular case, company just determine the max budget to be spent. Many companies also prefer not to use FIAT money as appreciation, instead distribute the "points" and convert them in any rewards you are up to e.g. cinema ticket, extra vacation day etc.

I like the idea behind letting team members reward one another. One question I have is how do you determine KPIβs on how effective this strategy is?
@arthurbostic I believe it is uptimes to you to determine the KPIs, as it differs from company to company. yet, we suggest to use job satisfaction as one of the main KPIs to look for. At our company, we do it via monthly job satisfaction anonymous surveys. We got a boost in overall job satisfactions, as well as lots of positive of positive comments about the platform.
