Hi PH, I’m Sandra, TranslateWise founder and CEO. The idea behind TW customer support widget is simple. It helps to convert maximum traffic into customers. Unlike Zendesk, Messenger, Intercom, etc, it displays to every customer on your website in his or her preferred language and has more communication options to prolong product page sessions. 99% of chat widgets pop out to everyone in the same language, and when it’s silence, customers either start scrolling for contacts or leave. Our hypothesis is that the number of abandoned shopping carts can be lower if the support widget provides all communication channels one click away and removes the language barrier. Some of the first clients increase revenue with TW multilingual customer chat. We’d appreciate more feedback. Help us build a great tool for scalable and multilingual customer support.
