Hello everyone! I’m Vlad, the founder and CEO of CVBird. A while back, I found myself endlessly scrolling through job boards, sifting through hundreds of identical vacancies. Countless hours, hundreds of applications, and dozens of custom cover letters — all for a painfully low interview conversion rate of about 1.5%. That’s when I teamed up with an incredible group of people to build something better. We wanted to create a service that automates this process. Imagine only getting the most relevant job vacancies, filtered by salary, location, remote work options, or relocation — no more wasting time on waiting weeks for a response from a recruiter. Plus, we added features like automated resume and cover letter generation, easy application mechanics, and even automatic responses to job postings. We didn’t stop there. We realized the hiring process itself could use some serious improvement, especially for businesses dealing with mass hiring. The initial candidate screening is time-consuming, and recruiters often burn out after sorting through resumes and conducting repetitive first-round interviews. With CVBird, we aim to automate the entire initial hiring process: candidate assessment, scoring, and even conducting first interviews with AI bots. HR teams can focus on what matters: posting a job, reviewing pre-screened candidates, and receiving a curated list of the best matches after AI-powered first-round interviews, all selected by unbiased algorithms. No prejudice, no discrimination — just the right people for the job.

The release date is approaching and it's time to talk about the customer journey in our app. If you are a job seeker, you go to Telegram, simply upload a resume of any quality, and then see a selection of top remote vacancies. Right now we offer LinkedIn, but by the full launch we plan to include job boards: Indeed, Monster, Glassdoor, HH and others. Vacancies will be presented in a convenient swipe interface. At this stage, a swipe adds a vacancy to Favorites. There you can create a cover letter using AI. It is personalized for each specific vacancy based on your resume. After the release, an auto-response option will appear. After swiping, cover letters will be created automatically, and the response will be sent immediately. The auto-response package will allow you to respond to all the most relevant vacancies at once. We also plan to develop a resume editor by the release, which we are making based on the recommendations of top HR consultants and agencies. All you have to do is tell us about your relevant experience and education in a simple step-by-step interface. The builder will create a perfect resume and attach it to responses.

If you are an employer, we offer to automate the first stage of recruiting - something that previously only large companies could afford, spending a significant part of their HR budget on it. This functionality will be presented in the full release of the B2B part of CVBird. Sign a contract with us and publish your vacancies. Our service will select top candidates and rate them. Select the candidates you are interested in, or set up automatic selection. Our AI chatbots will contact these candidates. Based on your requirements, they will conduct an interview with them in conversation mode, carefully, impartially and carefully highlight all the red flags. Then they will score the candidate for their compliance with specific vacancies and give recommendations on hiring. In the near future, we also plan to integrate CVBird with HR systems for seamless work. All necessary statistics will immediately be transferred to a tool convenient for you, such as SAP Human Capital Management.
