What do you think? …

Hi everyone!

I started building Dule.ai because I got tired of playing calendar ping-pong in my previous job as a VC.

Now it handles all the back and forth for me, and manages my calendar.

It only sees the emails you CC it on, just like a real assistant.

I've been using it for a while, and I figured it’s time to share the beta with everyone!

Would love for the PH community to take it for a spin, and get your feature requests and feedback! πŸ˜ƒ

@ashwins can't wait to try. any plan to launch slack integration?
Ashwin Sinha

Hey @souravghosh! Currently, Dule is limited to any email account that's connected with a Google Calendar.
If you have a use case for the same functionality within Slack, it shouldn't take too long to roll out. I'd love to discuss more and learn about your requirements!

What are the potential risks of missing important context or follow-up actions if an AI assistant only has access to emails where it is CC’d, and how can users ensure the assistant remains fully informed throughout an ongoing conversation?

Ashwin Sinha

Hi@vouchy!

Great question! Currently, Dule operates just like a new executive assistant would on day one - you loop them in by CC’ing them on an email thread.

From that point on, Dule has access to the full context of the conversation - all emails in that thread till that point, and future emails that it continues to be marked on, so it can coordinate meetings, follow up, and update calendars for you automatically.

This behavior is intentional. Right now, Dule only accesses the information it needs.

Over time, as trust is built, there's potential to expand what Dule can do including accessing your broader inbox or other communication channels to intelligently surface follow-ups, pending actions, and opportunities to take initiative.

If you’re exploring specific use cases, I’d love to hear more and build towards that with you!

Dule brings a refreshing human touch to scheduling β€” no links, no friction, just smart coordination right from your inbox. It’s subtle, efficient, and feels like the future of professional communication.

By simply CC’ing [hey@dule.ai](mailto:hey@dule.ai) in your emails, it coordinates the best time for a meeting based on your availability and working hours, automatically marking your calendar.
