I’m Ishaan Co-founder of Contlo, Customer Data & Marketing platform For Ecommerce Stores We are living in a time where ecommerce is becoming the primary channel of building retail businesses and brands are getting built digitally native from day 0. Modern ecommerce brands of today leverage the core ecommerce infra blocks like Shopify, Magento etc while establishing direct relationships with their customers using social media. But as an ecommerce entrepreneur, I know first hand how hard it is to build and scale an ecommerce business. With all the building blocks in place, it has never been easier to start an ecommerce D2C brand but never been harder to scale one. As I spend my time building tools to enable ecommerce, I realized there is no single place where all the resources someone would need to get started on ecommerce business is readily available. There is lot of content about how to build startups and great playbooks for SaaS businesses etc, but when it comes to ecommerce as a vertical, the knowledge and resources are fairly fragmented. To solve this, we came up with Ecommerce OS! A collection of all the community curated resources one would need to plan, start and launch a successful Ecommerce business - be it twitter threads, books, apps, influencers, agencies etc that you would find helpful in your quest of building an ecommerce business.
