Hello everyone! Over the weekend I made an app for my wife and turned it into a small product and I would love to share it with you. 🚀 Instead of learning how to use an already established feature bloated app, I made her an app with the focus on getting things done. With its simplicity it boosts productivity while still keeping the workflow straightforward. EmailBoards features that just make sense - Gmail auth - Add only specific email domains that you want to track (Connections) - Each connection has its own board with unread emails and tickets tabs - Mark emails as read or create a ticket - In the tickets tab manage the ticket status and take quick notes which are saved automatically This is my first product launch here please let me know what you think any feedback is greatly appreciated, email me directly at dujemarusic@gmail.com 👋

Congrats on the launch! This definitely has potential! Do you have a productdemo? The images don’t really show the product
Duje Marusic
@twoheads Hey thank you for the comment, on the landing page if you scroll down a bit there is a short video showing the product.

@duje_marusic ok, thanks! Will check it out!

Keeping it simple yet effective is key. Quick question – does it work for domains outside Gmail? Excited to give it a try!🙌
Duje Marusic
@lucasbenjaminfoster1 Hey, so currently only Gmail login is available, but once you are logged in you can add connections from whatever domain your sender is from. Adding more email services other than Gmail for auth is something I would definitely implement later.

@duje_marusic Your app sounds like a breath of fresh air in the world of email management, focusing on simplicity and productivity. I'm particularly interested in the board and ticket system, which seems like a unique approach to handling emails. Could you share some thoughts on how you think the user experience and interface design contribute to this productivity boost? Any feedback on these aspects would be extremely valuable, especially regarding the ease of navigation and the effectiveness of the ticket management system.

@zephyrion Hey yes the main driver of the app was to keep it simple. I got the idea from the way my wife works at her job their main communication is email and then out of the email content she takes the information and jots down somewhere a small to do. So out of that workflow I designed the app to create only specific connections (like your team members) to keep the inbox filtered out and categorised by senders. And additionally instead of managing your tasks at another place I implemented the functionality to create and manage your tickets easily in the specific email board -- everything you need on a single page.

Duje, that software sounds useful! I like keeping things simple and focused on results. It feels clean and simple after testing. Congrats on launch!

@nitesh_jamod Thank you really excited about the launch. Main driver was keeping it really simple and focused on getting things done!

Love the concept @duje_marusic! EmailBoards seems perfect for avoiding email overload and keeping everything organized. The focus on simplicity is commendable. Would you consider adding a mobile app version to manage emails on the go?
Duje Marusic
@renchu_song Hey thanks, maybe in the future although for now web app is the way to go, any device can run it. With additional features added I could see the need for a mobile app.

Hey Duje, How long does it typically take for a team to get up to speed with EmailBoards? Are there any plans to integrate with other email providers beyond Gmail? Congrats on the launch!
Duje Marusic
@kyrylosilin Hey I would say it's quite simple to get up to speed, after Gmail auth, just add the connection (sender you want to track) and their unread emails are immediately displayed and you can start using the ticket management. Regarding other email providers that would definitely be the next step in expanding the app.
