Emozo .: Earn your customer’s attention, heart and mind

I discovered Emozo's DIY Research & Feedback Collection platform because of a friend. He introduced me to Emozo Labs' co-founder and president, Indranil Mukherjee. Indranil gave me a demo, explained the reasons for the initial product, and highlighted the platform's value for agencies, brands, and market research organizations. As an average customer (recipient of ads), I am often stunned by how ineffective digital assets/content (image ads, video ads, etc.) are. Most neither capture my attention nor generate any positive emotion. Furthermore, I would not probably have anything nice to say about the brands (and their ads). As a marketer, I am often surprised by how few decision-makers test digital assets/content for effectiveness. I do not think they know you can save budgets (creative, production, and media) long before you go to market with any asset/content. If you have Emozo's data and insights, creative and analytical teams will be able to make data-informed decisions together to increase effectiveness and improve ROI. Finally, every time an image or video ad receives public backlash (e.g., Kendall Jenner's Pepsi, many luxury brand ads in China, any ad that marginalizes any group of people), I am stunned. I am asking myself, why did they not test the ad? They could have avoided this negative event. It is so easy, and it can be done so fast. What is your opinion on - digital asset/content testing? - attention and emotion data and insights? #emotionAI - bad ads? - saving budgets and increasing effectiveness - predicting results and making changes vs. measuring results and reacting?
