Did you know the 'door close' button on many elevators doesn't work? It exists solely to give stressed-out passengers a sense of control. Have you noticed how many ads there are on YouTube lately? I don't mind ads -or at least the purpose of ads(to fund creators) but I don't like the endless, repetitive , low-quality, sometimes scammy ads that appear on YouTube. I made this simple, lightweight chrome extension to make me feel a bit better whilst binging on YouTube. It changes the text 'Skip Ads' to 'Fuck Off' It won't make the ads go away but it might make you feel more in control. p.s many thanks to @fajarsiddiq for helping with the design and making the amazing logo

The fact that this product exists, and that people like myself love it should be a pretty strong signal to Youtube that they've fucked up. I don't think it'll change anything though, I'm pretty sure YT is just using ads to blackmail us into paying them a subscription fee. Way to "not be evil".
