Unfortunately, that also means that there are now hundreds of tech conferences that are not worth attending. Fortunately, there are also hundreds of tech conferences that are amazing events and worth every penny and every moment of your time! We wanted to make a simple web app that acted as an independent authority on rating and ranking tech conferences around the world, so you never waste your time or money at another unsatisfying conference again. We score out of 10 points. I wanted to show some cool visualization to help figure out the worthiness of the conference. Here is how it breaks down: The bottom 33%(red) BAD, middle 33%(blue) ACCEPTABLE, top 33%(green) FAB. The water level shows how high or low in each range a conference is and the speed of the water movement is the excitement or interest in the conference. Scores are determined by many factors. We don't publicly explain our complete formula, it does cover the following: - How trustworthy is the organizer? - Attendee data protection. Will the organizer sell your info to vendors or sponsors? - How booth-y is it? Excess sales booths tend to not make for good authentic conferences. - Are the speakers of a high quality and caliber? - What are the conference events like and what are the networking opportunities? Congrats on the launch Atif & Chris!! I'd literally searched for a product like this several times this year when trying to find conferences to go to or what's going on in a city I'm visiting. I will definitely be using this to help plan conference schedules for next year!

I can't believe no one has done this before.. I was just looking at a pair of developer conferences on a similar topic, and trying to decide which one was better. Its really hard to tell, similar topics and prices.. I ended up looking up all the speakers to see who was there, researching previous years events, checking twitter, etc. This product would have saved me a ton of time. Congrats on launch!
